This is a clean (no restarts) full validation mini run with the concurrency window reduced to 5,000 blocks. The "bypass" data is show for checkpointed blocks (that never require full validation) - which saved about 15 minutes over the course of the previous run (and is consistent with BC full validation). Otherwise the run was modestly more efficient (and more continuous), presumably from the lack of restarts.
