I'm now running a full validation/confirmation sync on the same machine. This is with only the prevout table conformation small memory optimization. Presently about 1/3 complete (by tx count). It's configured for a 5k block window, which slows the early blocks (this can be sped up some later by expanding the early blocks window, but it's not a major factor). I expected this run to thrash, but the confirmation rate is holding very steady at 60,000 transactions per second, for the past 200,000 blocks (450,000-550,000). If that holds until completion then the run will take 12.5 hours. For reference Core full validation on this machine (8 dual core, 32GB RAM, Win11, shani, avx) is 15 hours.
