I was able to make two material performance improvements to the store's tx write query so far today, as a consequence of the above changes to the point/spend table. It's now performing contiguous allocation in each tx for all spends and addresses (address index is optional), and it's performing these without using a spend link accumulator vector. Testing now with a milestone run and it's the fastest run to date so far.
I haven't yet collapsed the puts table to just outputs, that's next, along with contiguous point allocation (as with spends/addresses above). So this will both cut the puts table in half and avoid it altogether during confirmation, but will also accelerate tx writing due to the allocation.
