Today I changed the store hashmaps to use a power of 2 bucket configuration, which allowed for a simpler configuration and swap of modulus (%) for bitwise and (&) in the bucket selector. There are tens of billions of these calls and this reduces the latency of each from 3 or 4 to 1.
