So far it's running very slightly behind the previous run. However that may be because blocks are smaller at this point and therefore contention is lower. Also during full validation, validation is going to totally dominate. At the same time the head files are slightly larger as a result of the change, which is an extra cost. So I'm switching it now to a milestone run.
