Well, back story is that I referred to the function that I posted as ugly. So it was trying to make me feel good.

It was full of conditional compiler statements.

I have been using cursor for two months now . If you know what you are doing and ask it precise small things to do, your productivity goes up dramatically. The chat conversations you had with grok, you can have in the IDE and it generates patches for you to review and apply. I was very skeptical of LLMs for coding in the beginning. But cursor totally converted me. Also, cursor let's you choose one of the many models out there, so it's model agnostic.
