Ok, running this thing now. Not writing the (empty) sidecar table. Just will fault out if a duplicate is found upon insert. Bypassing the search when it comes to coinbase txs (since there are lots of duplicates but they aren't spends). Coinbase points are only written because it's more compact and more efficient to make them positionally aligned with input records than to link them to each other.
