Just made a minor optimization, allocate all tx table records for block contiguously. Reduces tx table allocator lock contention and eliminates std::vector heap allocation for all tx links - for setting into txs and strong_tx tables during block storage. Could also compress the txs table by not storing the full set of tx links when the association is created from a block (vs. compact block).
