That's for a load factor of 1.22, and for the 72% sample data the load factors were 1.94, so it's really pretty good. This is the conflict distribution, apart from one outlier in the complex scenario, which ended up in the 850,001 length coinbase list (which is not good). The simple combiner makes it very unlikely that an actual spend will conflict with the coinbases.
