I've just completed final integration into the hashmap template, with a couple updates to test cases that map full memory layout to the test. Just required adding the filter value to the header, validated_bk, and txs tables, which now have 1, 1 and 3 byte filters respectively. There should be no impact to unfiltered hashmaps (ones which are bucket-aligned on word boundaries without padding), since code should drop out entirely as consequence of conditioning execution on template args.
