Mini validation is 75% complete and confirmation 50% complete, with validations about 30 minutes behind the times of the record validation only run. In the current config, download is gated on a 5k validation window, but confirmation just fills in as CPU is available (during validation gaps). So I expect validation to continue at the same rate until completion, allowing confirmation all CPU to finish up quickly. I'm estimating that puts the full run at about +1 hour, or 9 hours total. This is with the suboptimal point load factor, so might bog down a bit toward the end, but that primarily affects download/archive rate, which is not the gating factor on validation - that's CPU. Completing 50% of confirmation at only a +30 minute net cost is pretty good, about what I estimated.
