I reworked the database::iterator template today, to make the usage more idiomatic. I then updated the linkage template for non-byte-aligned link domains. Now I'm integrating that into the hashmap head, which will allow the sieve to be 33 bits and the point link to be 31. This moves a wasted bit from the link to the sieve, doubling the sieve capacity.
