Completed the integration of the duplicate table into the block confirmation query, so that duplicate points of the block are populated to the prevout table for each block during validation - with the duplicate table being populated during tx archive. So the confirmation workload is now properly distributed for maximal parallelism and data locality. Nearly all of the confirmation cost is therefore absorbed by the fully parallel archive (block download) step, with a total confirmation cost of under an hour on the mini and maybe 15 mins on the maxi.
