The big news for the day however is that the mini can now handle a 50k validation window, like the maxi, and can at the same time support both electrum address index construction and compact filters construction. Given the larger window, concurrency is much increased, and as a result we are now at the following 850k block sync rates on the mini with 2.3Gbps Internet: 50 mins milestone, 6.9 hrs full validation, and 7.5 hrs full validation with address index and compact filters, and maxi: 59 mins milestone, 1.9 hrs milestone with address index, 1.8hrs milestone with compact filters, 4.3 hrs full validation, 5.6 hrs full validation with address and compact filters. Notice how much closer mini validation has come to the maxi!!!
