I wrote this up in the comments, but basically I decided not to do anything regarding the supposedly new op_success codes. None are renamed, it's just another method to test whether a code is in the unconditional success category, and one invocation of that test in the above initialize() method. Otherwise nothing changes, and the codes retain their previous state (invalid or reserved) in non-tapscript executions. So just as there are no actual op_invalid codes, and no op_conditional codes, and some reserved codes that are not named op_reserved, unconditional success is just a new category - confused by the BIP presentation.
