Ended up creating an annex object to provide the above clean abstraction. On order to make that fully general and safe it required a shared_ptr per input, and computationally it's almost neutral. Really cleans up the above code though. The tagged hash writer [hash::sha256t::fast<"TapSighash">] was also a nice simplification, with no performance compromises. Still have to complete the hash caching for this. Also some related refactoring allowed me to share code with the original and segwit signature hashing functions. I split up a few files also, which helped with organization.
