In that process I spent some time cleaning up years of cruft in our boost dependencies. I was able to remove chrono, thread (except on non-win32 and with ICU), optional, utility, lexical-cast, algorithm, and will soon have regex removed. json has been moved to header only (required an include and a couple defines), along with its dependency container. And the remaining system was being NuGet included, along with others above, in vc++ but are header only. So those are now implicitly included (by the base "targets" directive).
