so in which case a block_validated doesn't become block_confirmed ? Maybe when it is a branch which is really in the past (for example a valid block e.g. #800000 which is valid but which will be hardly be confirmed? (meaning it will be difficult that additional +100k blocks will become from this fork the strong branch)
