That was a long data of refactoring and organizing. The services are simple and now well organized, and cleanly integrated into the startup sequence. I've also incorporated white/black listing (using the same lists as for p2p [network] config), automatic service disable/restart when the p2p network is paused (manually, or during snapshot or disk full), and the above [node] config. This is mostly just a consequence of the existing system design, with a little config. Also, if the node falls behind (outside the currency window), inbound channels and services automatically pause IAW the above config.
