Just completed movement of service settings from network to node, and under their own config branch called server. Also moved the remaining non-network aspects up to node, with a bunch of refactoring, and stubbed in websockets channel classes, with handshake and running protocols. In good shape to go back to the json-rpc parser and hopefully have that integrated for request response via a custom message distributor in the bitcoind http service.
