A simple naïve implementation would just accept a configured list of outbound connection bindings to local NICs, as with inbound, and then just round-robin connections to each NIC, with a thread pool associated to each - for all connection types. That's probably one day's effort. Small change to config and the connector, dispatch fully contained within the outbound session.
