So interesting learnings from spare time during the day setting up the new hardware. But I won't be working on that in the near term. It's back to the client-server endpoints. I've got updates on the above thread on the general purpose json-rpc parser/serializer and json parse/serialize in general, as well as on generalization of http request/response dispatch/send into boost::beast design patterns.
