I've changed config:
[node]
priority = true
to
[node]
thread_priority = true
memory_priority = true
where "thread" really refers to "processing" (CPU). Note that the network threadpool always runs at "normal" (medium) thread priority and is not exposed to config. Both of the node settings default to true, which raises the thread priority above network. Setting memory priority to false will lower the process memory priority below OS defaults, and that's a new option. Also, memory priority only functions on windows.
