Interesting that method<"foo"> is perfectly achievable as a type, but this is not possible for a specialized class template (other types in the same option<...> tag. So the _t converts the string to a user-defined-literal, which is a std::array<char, N> which can be handled (because it's not a char*), and the option instance just exposes it as a std::string_view and types it as a string_t (one of our json-rpc types).
