Over the last couple days I completed the rpc dispatch code, with complete testing, and just defined all of the json-rpc interfaces using it (bitcoind, electrum, and stratum_v1). Also spent all day Friday on construction at a friend's house, so really just 2 days since the meeting. The bulk of the work over that time was in fully integrating support for optional (defaulted) and nullable (explicitly null passed) method arguments. I also refactored the file and namespace layout so that rpc and json are now entirely independent of json-rpc. IOW we have rpc, and we have json parse/serialize. And since our rpc model is consistent with json-rpc, it inherently supports it just by serializing via json.
