http dispatch is now integrated into rpc, so that's all of the current interfaces: bitcoind, electrum, stratum_v1, http/s, and p2p. One small template to generate the dispatch over the simple method signature declarations, and then just implement the message handlers vis subscription to the generated dispatcher, within any number of attached protocols. Any other messaging protocols will be trivial to add and all will perform just as well as p2p.
