So by just calling path_to_request(out, url.path) we get the routable request (out), and by calling dispatcher_.notify(out) we invoke all subscribers for the given request method. Defining the dispatcher amounts to:

using explore    = publish<explore_methods>;
using interface  = rpc::interface::peer::dispatch;
using dispatcher = rpc::dispatcher<interface>;

Where explore_methods is defined by the interface above.
