The rest is just dropping in a handler for each method defined by the interface, invoking the database query, and posting the http response with the object in its body. I still need to add one parameter to each of the interface methods to provide the caller's accept media type (enum), so that the handler can set the return media type/serialization correctly. So prob another day or two and the full

The node is now dispatching explore requests via the generalized dispatcher, with serialization tied to http header accept type and query string format, and with the witness option as applicable. Just need to hook up the queries for the remaining methods now. These are complete:
