I did some optimizing on the address queries, and the cold query against the largest (5.2 million outputs) bitcoin address (returning all outputs points and spend value) has been reduced from several minutes to 30 secs. Chrome remains unable to present the json (aw snap). Chrome renders the base16 text format in 3.6 mins, which is funny since we produce it (end-to-end, warm server) in < 20 secs. The raw data rendering, that Chrome sends straight to a file, takes 17.5 secs to generate, and 2.2 ms for Chrome to download and serialize to a file. The original largest address warm query only took 7 secs, so you may be wondering why it's now 17.5 secs, but that's because I'm now (1) sorting the outputs, and (2) querying the value for every output.
