Just to add some context, this is the plot of two maximal (5.2M outputs) queries, the first without turbo and the second with turbo. There is no perceptible increase in CPU for the non-turbo query. The turbo query jumps to 100% CPU for about 7.5 seconds. The rest of the 15 second time is the sequential address table search (link collection), sort and de-duplication, and wire serialization.
