I managed to get all of the bitcoind node-based json-rpc handlers stubbed in, along with request deserialization and dispatch. Also created a test form to post rpc message to the http endpoint. This is held up by the need to handle the browser's OPTION messages, for cross-origin handling. The work for both handing option and cross-origin/CORS was done previously in the base protocol_http and protocol_html, just need to connect the dots. After that it's just hooking up the queries. So probably a couple days and this will be functional, and just for grins we can drop a quick functional test suite on an embedded page.
