So now both bitcoind-json-rpc and bitcoind-rest compatibility interfaces are defined and functional (incomplete) on the [bitcoind] endpoint, alongside the native [explore] http/ws rest interface (complete on http, ws functional) and embedded (or directory override) block explorer, and the [web] html embedded (or directory) dashboard/admin site (functional). Next is to get the [electrum] endpoint/interface up (json-rpc over tcp). That's all the endpoints apart from stratum (and [stratum_v1] is the same endpoint type as Electrum, just different methods).
