I completed the implementation of a json-rpc http body template, derived from the json body. This parses/serializes json-rpc requests/responses over both http (bitcoind) and raw tcp (electrum/stratum-v1). That provides some simplification for the bitcoind endpoint, and the required transport for the electrum endpoint. Tests complete, hopefully hooked up tomorrow.
