Last week I completed work in network to add rpc parsing to the socket using the json-rpc http body (which is also used for bitcoind-rpc over http) over raw tcp. This json-rpc http body derives from the json http body, which encapsulates the boost::json parser and serializer. So now these are hooked up for json-rpc send/receive for electrum and stratum_v1 over tcp. stratum_v2 is stubbed in, but I'll defer socket implementation for that, since it's not a v4 feature. stratum_v1 is implemented only because everything is the same as electrum except the method handlers.
