All full duplex socket types now write through the write queue, ensuring overlap safety. These changes allow us to add websocket notifications to the existing native and admin endpoints. These can easily be tied to simple subscribe/unsubscribe ws methods, and can capture any server activity, such as logging, events, txs, blocks, etc. Those can be piped directly into the block explorer and admin console via the integrated web sites. All html endpoints are inherently http endpoints, and all http endpoints inherently support TLS and websockets. So this is just a matter of adding a websocket interface definition with channel dispatch and protocol for method subscription and implementation (all boilerplate). This also allows us to now add the simple btcd (json-rpc) websocket endpoint for lightning node support.
