One correction, the node.delay_inbound setting remains effective, it's only the suspensions that are avoided, such as h <enter> and during snapshot (automatic and <b enter>) and in the case of a detected server fault. This is intended to allow for hot snapshots and other p2p pause without service endpoint interruption.
