The last two will move to the admin interface (security), and will eventually be parameterized for filtering. Top is just height. block/tx are unparameterized. input is spender of a point, output is a point, address is a scripthash. All accept version and media type. All can be executed in the REST interface, though notifications will not flow until the socket is upgrade to ws. Initial subscriptions for top, input, output, address will provide the current result set and then notify going forward.
