There's an optimization I was planning to implement to get our time back down under an hour for 950k milestone. Might have to do that soon. Skip p2p block deserialization under a milestone. - just extract the hashes from the stream (as we now do) and forward it straight to the store. I made this optimization for outbound blocks a few months ago, because it was a little simpler. But that doesn't help our sync time.
