Websocket notifications over the native http/s, ws/s interface are now integrated for top height, organized block, and organized unconfirmed tx (though we don't yet organize unconfirmed txs). Subscription can be done over http or ws, where the http subscription is RESTful and the websocket subscription is the same but with the full path in the websocket text body. Current value is returned for top/block and empty for tx (there's no canonical tx). These are returned in the media type requested as always, and the websocket mediate type defaults to json and can otherwise be specified in the query string (as with http). The mediate type specified upon subscription is retained for the life of the subscription and all notifications for that subscription type are issue with that media type (json/text/data). Unsubscription is the same path with the ?stop=true parameter. The return values for the unsubscribe are currently the same as for subscribe (current top/block, empty for tx).
