The subscriptions are:

/v1/top/subscribe
/v1/block/subscribe
/v1/tx/subscribe

/v1/address/[scripthash]/subscribe
/v1/output/[txhash]/[index]/subscribe

address and output currently parse/dispatch but are not implemented. log/event subscriptions aren't currently parsed, and these need to move to the admin interface. Defaults example:

/v1/top/subscribe?format=json&stop=false
