hey all, ive got a working prototype for a silent payments scan electrum endpoint. ive got the libbitcoin-system PR ready (https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-system/pull/1856), if people want to look. im cleaning up the database PR next, which is where i think ill want the most review, hoping to throw it up today and then the remaining ones tomorrow
