I've determined that the multiple table approach to creating the vertical layout is the only reasonable approach (both paging optimal and consistent with out table fault tolerance constraints). But that would imply 16 physical tables for 4 logical tables. By collapsing to 2 logical tables (ecdsa and schnorr) we simplify quite a bit, and optimize the calls. This requires unused correlation data of an extra 3 bytes per row on the single sig rows. That amounts to almost 8GB over the full run, out of 493GiB total, so only about 1.6% wasted. There's no material cost increase to correlation, we just combine the two methods in both ecdsa/multisig and schnorr/threshold.
