last time i made nuget static package but why not include engine directly in code as part of code instead of lib build flags give you this ability also to compile engine as part of your source

no with build flag you can change type and it will not build as lib will build like it's part of your source code

Oh, I see - effectively embedding the cpp files. That's a CMake feature, which leaves some significant gaps for build support.
