I spent most of yesterday isolating the above issue, and most of the day today working off some code debt in libbitcoin-system. Just factoring the 1 secp256k1 wrapper .cpp file into 7 (it's grown a lot over the years, with bip66, taproot, and now batching). Much easier to work with now. So now back to batching. The open work is to coordinate invocation and summation in the validation chaser. Once we get a good run in the current table format, I'll rotate from horizontal to vertical format (2 tables -> 2 sets of 4 tables), so that we get clean no-copy GPU processing over the mmaps.
