up and running, might need to do some param tuning but so far seems to be chugging through. this is 1gbps , but im requesting a 10 gbps link for this box

I work hard to keep the implementation lock-free, so even though this lock is cheap, it does suspend all validation while the batch verify is running, which given that verify runs on GPU and validation runs on CPU is not ideal.
