up and running, might need to do some param tuning but so far seems to be chugging through. this is 1gbps , but im requesting a 10 gbps link for this box

however, (while not seeing the wedged block), i am still running into the io pressure which leads me to believe the machine is just under resourced and the wedged block wasnt really the issue
