Well it doesn't look like I'm gonna capture that additional time. We are starting to hit up against sequential confirmation cost, where when we remove validation below a certain point confirmation becomes the long pole. Though that's on top of not having shani, and unoptimized store deserialization. But the design and behavior are now solid, and a big win given a decent GPU. At this point it's just tuning and config.
