Note that this run can't be directly compared to the prior batching run, since in this run I bumped the config to better match the target, so I suspect that the batch run will drop proportionally. The main differences were that the batched thread counts were constrained (node at 64 vs. 128, network at 16 vs. 32) and peer count was 100 vs. 150.
