I've consolidated the ins and points tables into an aggregate hashmap, same idea as the batch/silent tables but for different reason. This means these settings are no longer a valid:

point_buckets = 
point_size = 
point_rate =

And this is new (formerly point_buckets):

ins_buckets = 

Default value for ins_size changes to 34250000000, which is the combined size defaults for the former two tables, now two columns.
