Linux mmap optimizations have been merged. One should no longer use the previously-required Linux OS paging config (could actually be negative). macOS is now competitive, and Windows remains so. secpp256k1 is updated 0.8.0.0, with published NuGet package. Network DoS protection is in, including global and per-service rate-limiting.
